The Syringe is a quest item that you need for progressing the Reckoning map main quest easter egg.
After you obtain it, you are required to collect a sample and then use it on a Mangler to obtain the Fowler-Mutant Injection required to access the T2 Teleportation Lab area.
T2 Teleportation Lab is where you need to do several steps using Klaus and others to progress the main quest.
So keep reading as I share the location of the Syringe in Black Ops 6 Zombies while walking you through the entire steps on where to get the sample and how to use it.
Where to find the Syringe in the Reckoning map in Black Ops 6 Zombies
You can find the Syringe quest item inside a centrifuge machine located in the T1 Mutant Research Lab.
Head to the above marked location and you will find it.
Right next to the big Mangler in the tub, you will find the centrifuge with the Syringe.
Interact with it to collect it.
How to get the sample in the Syringe in the Reckoning map in Black Ops 6 Zombies
To get the sample inside the Syringe, head back to the Pack-A-Punch Machine room, the T2 Sub Level 10.
You can go there via the Director’s Office.
Assuming you have powered up the area and the laser beam in the middle is active, you will find a floating dead body and many other items.
As you can see in the above screenshot, the dead body changes position but is always near the beam.
Jump at the beginning of the beam to turn into a ball of sparks.
Once in that form, collide with the dead body to make it fall.
Now, interact with the dead body to collect the sample.
Once you have the sample, you will get a special dialogue confirming that.
Where to use the Syringe with the sample in the Reckoning map in Black Ops 6 Zombies
To use the Syringe with the sample to get the Fowler-Mutant Injection, head back to the T1 Mutant Research Lab.
Interact with the centrifuge.
The Mangler is Dr. Fowler.
Wait for the dialgue exhange to end.
He will turn aggro after that.
Defeat the Fowler-Mangler.
Collect the Fowler-Mutant Injection.
You can use it in the T2 Dark Entity Containment room to unlock the door leading to the T2 Teleportation Lab door.
