Genshin Impact 5.2 update expanded the Natlan region, adding three significant sub-regions in the game.
These are the Tezcatepetonco Range, Quahuacan Cliff, and the Ochkanatlan.
Each of the three sub-regions has a new Statue of Seven that players can unlock, along with many teleport waypoints, which make exploration and switching between areas much easier.
But while the Tezcatepetonco Range and Quahuacan Cliff Statue of Seven are easy to unlock, the Ochkanatlan one requires a little trekking and interacting with a particular mechanism.
With that said, here’s my guide on unlocking the Ochkanatlan Statue of Seven in Genshin Impact.
Genshin Impact Ochkanatlan Statue of Seven location and how to unlock it
The Ochkanatlan Statue of Seven is located in the northwest of the map, as shown in the above screenshot.
Once you arrive there, you will find the Statue of Seven locked at the base of a delipidated tower.
To enter the tower, go to the player icon location. I have encircled the area to make it easier for you.
Once you are there, you will find a Saurian Transformation.
Transform into the bird Saurian and interact with the glowing object that you can see in the above screenshot.
It will take you to the upper part of the tower with an opening from where you can enter.
Even if you head inside the tower, you will find a barrier stopping you from reaching the Statue of Seven.
But don’t worry!
Take the ladder found nearby and interact with the mechanism as shown in the above screenshot.
Once you do that, a cutscene will play out.
You will see the blue? violet (I’m colorblind) dragon destroying the already delipidated tower.
Once the cutscene ends, a path at the base of the tower to Ochkanatlan will open up.
Moreover, you will also find yourself next to the Ochkanatlan Statue of Seven that you can now activate.
Once you activate the Statue, claim the chest near the path leading to Ochkanatlan.
Unlocking the Ochkanatlan Statue of Seven also triggers the quest, Lost Traveler in the Ashen Realm Act I: City Buried By Ash.
