Battlefield 6 offers fairly detailed graphics settings, accessibility features and such other things while also missing a few sliders like Weapon Depth of Field, etc, that you can change to improve the game’s FPS, along with visibility and overall experience.

Many of the graphics settings in the game just improve the quality of an existing visual feature that is not that noticeable while playing, but cost a good chunk of resources and hamper your FPS.

While some of the accessibility settings that are disabled by default allow you to improve your ADS and overall visibility, and such things.

I have been tweaking these settings and finally have a decent one that, for me, is the best graphics and accessibility settings that I can recommend in Battlefield 6.

System Configuration on which these settings were tested

  • GPU: RTX 3070
  • CPU: i7 10700 @ 2.9 GHZ
  • RAM: 32 GB
  • Driver Ver: Nvidia 581.42

Best accessibility settings for Battlefield 6

In Accessibility tab, navigate to the Graphics Quality Settings area and click on the Color Profiles.

In the Colour Presets, select the ‘Tritanopia‘ option.

Head back and this time, click on the Camera Effects option under Graphics Quality Settings.

Turn down the World and Weapon Motion Blur and lower the Camera Shake Amount.

Turning off weapon depth of field

Navigate to Documents -> Battlefield 6 -> Settings -> Steam.

Open the ‘PROFSAVE_profile’ file via Notepad or any other text editor.

Search for ‘WeaponDOF’ attribute.

By default, it is set to ‘1.’ Change it to ‘0’ and save the file.

Restart the game and let the shaders compile.

And that is it. You will notice improvement in visibility in general, while ADS, no camera shake, no motion blur, no weapon depth of field and improved FPS.

That concludes my Battlefield 6 best graphics and accessibility settings guide. If it helped, make sure to set The Based Otaku as your search preference. You can also share the guide with your friends or leave a comment.
