Accomplishing a good deed in the game requires players to help one of the NPCs, which you can do pretty early on in the game to unlock the associated trophy, Good Samaritan.

It is also tied to the Golden Watch item that you get in the trenches area.

But since the game does little to no hand-holding, there are many players who get stuck at different parts of this whole ordeal.

That is why I prepared this complete guide on how to accomplish a good deed in Hell Is Us while also talking about where to find the Golden Watch and whom you should give it to.

Where to find the Golden Watch in Hell Is Us

You can find the Golden Watch in the Senedera Trenches area inside a lockbox.

First of all, make sure you have unlocked the locked dungeon door near the APC and have made your way towards the exit, where you find the APC Key.

Once you reach the location, you see in the above screenshot, make your way towards the exit.

Near the stairs, you find the dead body of the captain and the APC Key. Follow the path ahead.

Take the first right and then the other one, as I have marked in the above screenshot.

On the bench, you will find the lockbox with the Golden Watch item.

Whom should you give the Golden Watch to in Hell Is Us

You can give The Golden Watch to Ernest Caddel, found in the basement near the farm area.

When you head to the Exploration tab of your PDA device and select The Golden Watch, on the right window, you will see a portrait.

If you remember, it is the same portrait found next to Ernest.

So head back to his house and go to his basement, where you meet him first.

Use the ‘Trade’ option.

Select The Golden Watch from the items list.

Exhaust his dialogues to progress his questline.
