Borderlands 4’s Bounty Pack 3: A Zane to Kill For has three locked chests that you can unlock only if you meet the unlock criteria, which is collecting a special Token found around the map.
These chests can drop Legendaries and Pearls, including the new ones added with A Zane to Kill For Bounty Pack.

How to unlock the three locked chests at Zane’s Arcade?
In Borderlands 4, you can unlock the three locked chests found within Zane’s Arcade by collecting 15 Zane Tokens around the PRIVATE DICK map.
Once you have all, you can head back to Zane’s Arcade, and you will find the chests unlocked. Now, if they are still locked try replaying the mission and collecting all Tokens in one go.
