For players who don’t know, following in the footsteps of Souls-like games, Enotria: The Last Song features a similar mechanic: players consume a currency called Memoria (Souls in Dark Souls, Blood Echoes in Bloodborne, etc.) to level up their character and upgrade equipment.
While farming Memoria is relatively easy, the Memoria cost and other things are not balanced. In the wake of that, players often look for a respec feature to optimize their build rather than running through an area and defeating enemies again and again.
With that said, here’s the answer to whether you can respec in Enotria: The Last Song?

At the time of writing, Enotria: The Last Song does not offer a respec feature to recover used Memoria.
Update
Once you have defeated Veltha in Chapter 2, you can find her in the hub area where you can respec your skill points.
While the game does offer a materials respec feature called Refund that you can access via the Equipment Upgrade menu using the Severed Braid of the Maiden, you cannot recover the Memoria that you have used for the respective upgrade.
That said, Enotria: The Last Song not featuring a Memoria respec feature is something the devs might have intended, as they point it out while talking about their Mask System that allows players to run three different builds and loadouts simultaneously.
Choose strategically which Mask will face the dangers of Enotria and swap between up to three custom loadouts at any time. Each loadout allows you to try out a new playstyle, without the burden of a respec.
