While some players already know which junk yields Antiseptics when scrapped, many new and old players don’t.

Best location to scrap junk to produce Antiseptics in FO76
In Fallout 76, the best place to find junk items that yield Antiseptics is the service building behind The Whitespring Resort.
That said, here are all junk items in the game that drop Antiseptics:

Teleport to The Whitespring Resort’s Exterior. Once you spawn, head to the player icon location.

Head inside the building marked in the screenshot above.
As you enter the first room, look to your right near the tools on the wall for an Industrial Solvent. Collect it.
The Industrial Solvent drops three Antiseptics. Now head to the other room.
Head to the Laundry area on your right. There, you will find a ton of Abraxo Cleaner Industrial Grade.
Abraxo Cleaner Industrial Grade also drops three Antiseptics when scrapped. Since you only need five for challenges, two of these will help you complete it.
So it’s best to leave the rest for others.
You can find Abraxo Cleaner Industrial Grade throughout the Laundry Room.
Now, to scrap the collected ones, head to the Workshop room.
Scrap the items.
