Don’t know where to find Yao Guai in Fallout 76? No worries. I’ve got you covered with this guide.

Yao Guai is the mutated bear creature in FO76 that you can farm for materials, meat for cooking, and mostly to complete Daily, Weekly, and Event-related challenges.

Like finding enemies such as Canines, Radhog, Radhog Alpha, Ogua, Assaultron, Floater, etc or finding and eating consumables like Canned Coffee, Cajun Rice & Beans, Imitation Seafood, Blamco Brand Mac and Cheese, InstaMash, etc., many players don’t know where Yao Guai spawns.

With that in mind, I put together this handy guide to some of the best places to find Yao Guai in Fallout 76.

Best Yao Guai spawn locations in FO76

Here are some of the best locations where you can find Yao Guai:

Mountainside Bed & Breakfast

At the foot of the tower near the Mountainside Bed & Breakfast POI, two Yao Guai spawn. Teleport there.

Once you spawn, drop to the railroad tracks on your left and follow them straight ahead.

Near the tower, you will find the two Yao Guai.

If you are doing Daily, leave the other one for other players.

Site Alpha

Site Alpha is the old Yao Guai spawn location many of us OGs still use to complete challenges. Only one Yao Guai spawns here. Enough for completing Daily.

Teleport there and look towards the lake. You will find the Yao Guai.

Beckwith Farm

Beckwith Farm is another great Yao Guai spawn location; you can find two here. Teleport there.

Head towards the farm, and you will spot them.

As you can see in the screenshot above, both spawn close together.

Dolly Sods Wilderness

The Dolly Sods Wilderness is yet another location where you can find a Yao Guai. Teleport there.

Once you spawn, follow the main road ahead to find the Yao Guai.

That sums up my guide to finding Yao Guai in Fallout 76. As always, I have also shared a video version of the guide below.
