From the very early game, when you enter Bramblemead Valley, you will often get attacked by one of the dragon generals, Velgar.

The poison resistance and cure potion in RuneScape Dragonwilds is called Weak Antipoison Potion that you can make at the Brewing Cauldron.
To craft the Weak Antipoison Potion, you need the following ingredients:
You can find Harralander and Bittercap Mushroom all around the Whispering Swamp area.
As for Clay Vessel, to get it, first use the Pottery Wheel to craft some Clay Vessel (Unfired) using Clay that too, you can obtain from the Whispering Swamp area.
Once you have Clay Vessel (Unfired), use the Kiln facility to get Clay Vessel.
When you have all the materials, add them to the Brewing Cauldron and craft the Weak Antipoison Potion.
How to get poison resistance in RuneScape Dragonwilds
To get poison resistance and negate any existing poison status, you must consume the Weak Antipoison Potion.
How to survive in Bloodblight Swamp in RuneScape Dragonwilds
To survive and freely explore the Bloodblight Swamp region in RuneScape Dragonwilds, you must consume a Weak Antipoison Potion.
Doing so will give you 300 seconds of immunity indicated by a counter that appears on the bottom left side once you consume the potion.
During that time, you can freely explore the region. And, when the time is about to run out, all you have to do, is consume another potion.
