If you are playing the Endless Dream Scenario and want to learn how to get and use Reality Fragments in Once Human, I’ve got you covered with this guide.
For players who don’t know, Reality Fragments is a new exclusive material that is only available in the Endless Dream Scenario.
It is one of the few new items associated with the Dream Zones that players need for crafting items and trade.
And while players must know how to farm Reality Fragments, obtaining it is really hard.
On the other hand, many new players don’t even know how to get Reality Fragments as most fail to understand how the new Dream Zones work.
Seeing that, I prepared this detailed guide covering how to get and use Reality Fragments in Once Human.
I hope this guide is helpful!
How to use Reality Fragments in Once Human

You can use Reality Fragment to craft the new item Reality Resetol at the Intermediate or Advanced Supplies Workbench.
In case you don’t know, Reality Resetol is an Activator-like item that you can use to reset your Confusion timer within Dream Zones.
Now, for players wondering what is a Confusion timer?
Well! It is a new mechanic in place in the Dream Zone.

Whenever you enter a Dream Zone, there’s a 15-minute countdown that appears at the middle bottom part of the screen.
That is the Confusion meter. When it turns to 0, you die instantly.
But if you use the Reality Resetol, the timer resets to 15 minutes.

Apart from that, you also need to craft at least one Reality Resetol to progress the Endless Dream Scenario main quest, Nightmare Source.
Miss Memory Merchant NPC

You can also use Reality Fragments as a currency to trade items at Miss Memory merchant NPC found around the open world.

Talk to Miss Memory to open the Shop menu.
In her inventory, you will find a variety of Loot Crates and other items like Stardust Source and even Deviants.
You can purchase those items in exchange for Reality Fragments.
How to get Reality Fragments in Once Human

You can get Reality Fragments from Reward Rifts that appear after clearing Nightmare in Dream Zones.

First of all, open your map and look for a nearby Dream Zone.
They appear as bluish fog with an eye-like icon in the middle.
I have marked a few in the above map screenshot to highlight how they appear on the map.

Hover at the Dream Zone and look for Deep Dreamers.

Now, zoom in on the map and you will find TV-like icons with a hand coming out of it. Hover over them to find Light Dreamers.
You must find and clear these Light Dreamers first to obtain a small amount of Reality Fragments.
Once you have cleared all the Light Dreamers in a Dream Zone, the boss in the respective Dream Zone will appear.
Defeat it and collect final rewards, including more Reality Fragments.
Here’s how to do the above things:

Head to any Dream Zone and look for white trail as you see in the above screenshot.

Shoot at the front of the white trail to reveal the Dream Zone Trace Box, a nuanced version of the Morphic Crate.

Defeat the Dream Zone Trace Box and loot it to get Sand of Clarity and other rewards like weapons and Stardust Source.

There are multiple such Dream Zone Trace Boxes that you can find in the Dream Zones.
Each will net you 30 Sands of Clarity.

Once you have enough Sand of Clarity, head to the Nightmare Tube, aka Light Dreamers location.

Interact with the Nightmare Tube and use Sand of Clarity to activate it.

Complete the challenge that you get.

For players who don’t know, the Nightmare Tube challenges differ. But they are easy to complete.
For example, in my case, in the above screenshot, you can see the challenge was to defeat a Light Dreamer while stopping the minions from reaching it.

The minions appear from the nearby portals.
You can shoot them to take them out before they reach the Light Dreamer.

At the same time, you can shoot the Light Dreamer to lower its HP.

Once you defeat the Light Dreamer and complete the respective challenge, a reward rift will appear.

Go near it and claim it to get Reality Fragments.
Keep repeating the steps and eventually defeat the Deep Dreamer in the area to get more Reality Fragments and hefty loot.
