For players who don’t know, Mustang and Sally are the iconic Pistols from Black Ops Zombies, which have returned to the Zombie game mode featured in Black Ops 6.
However, unlike the traditional way of unlocking and using weapons in Black Ops 6 Zombies, the process of obtaining the Mustang and Sally is entirely different.
There’s no challenge involved, nor do you have to complete any particular mission to obtain them. All you need is a specific Pistol, a few thousand Essence, and a certain attachment.

How to get Mustang and Sally in Black Ops 6 Zombies
You can get Mustang and Sally by Pack-A-Punch’ing the GS45 Pistol while having the Akimbo GS45 Stock attachment.
Once you do that, the regular dual-wield GS45 Pistols will turn into Mustang and Sally that you can use to blast away enemies easily.
Note
If you don’t have GS45 Akimbo Stock, you will only get Sally when you Pack-A-Punch the single GS45.

How to unlock the GS45 Pistol in Black Ops 6
In Black Ops 6, you can unlock the GS45 Pistol by reaching account level 28. Once you do that, the Pistol will be available to equip in custom loadout.
On the other hand, if you are looking to get the GS45 Pistol for Pack-A-Punch’ing, you can also wall buy it.
In the Liberty Falls map, it is available in the starting area, on the wall right next to the roof where you spawn.
How to unlock the GS45 Akimbo Stock attachment in Black Ops 6
To unlock the GS45 Akimbo Stock attachment, you must use the GS45 until you reach Weapon Level 31 with it.
Once you attain that, you can head to the Loadouts menu and equip the GS45 Akimbo Stock via the Gunsmith menu.
