For players who have yet to try out the new Reckoning map in Black Ops 6 Zombies, to obtain the new wonder weapon, the Gorgofex, just like before, you have to complete a few steps.
The first step in building the Gorgofex involves solving a periodic table puzzle and getting access to the Bioweapons Lab area.
Once you are inside the Bioweapons Lab area, the second step is to obtain and charge The Cyst key item.
Lastly, the final step involves initiating a power surge in the Dark Entity Containment area to summon The Forsaken HVT.
Once you defeat the Forsaken boss, a blue orb of light spawns that you can interact with to obtain the Gorgofex.
While the process is a lot simpler than some previous wonderweapon easter eggs, some new and returning players find it hard to complete.

How to initiate power surge in Dark Entity Containment area in the Reckoning map in Black Ops 6 Zombies
To initiate a power surge in the T2 Dark Entity Containment area, you must interact with four monitors in the area within a given time.
As soon as you interact with the first, a meter on the left side of the game screen will appear and start going down.
You must interact with the next monitor to reset the meter.
If you fail to interact with all four monitors in time, the screen will show “Power Surge Suspended.”
Once that happens, you must change the round to try once again.
Also, a quick note: you can interact with these monitors in any order.

From the lift area, if you circle from left to right, you will encounter all four monitors with the “Initiate Power Surge” on screen.
Here’s their exact location:
Initiate Power Surge monitor 1 location
One of the monitors is found in the southwest part of the room at the above marked location.
As you can see, it is hard to miss as the “Initiate Power Surge” text appears on the screen.
Initiate Power Surge monitor 2 location
The second monitor is located in the northern part of the area at the above marked spot.
From the first monitor, follow the path on the left side and you will find it.
Initiate Power Surge monitor 3 location
The third monitor is found in the northeast part of the Dark Entity Containment room.
Head to the above encircled area and you will find the monitor.
Initiate Power Surge monitor 4 location
The last monitor is in the southeast part of the room and close to the third one.
Similar to before, head to the marked location and you will find it near the wall.
How to spawn and beat The Forsaken HVT boss in the Reckoning map in Black Ops 6 Zombies
To spawn The Forsaken boss in the Reckoning map, right after you initiate a power surge in the T2 Dark Entity Containment area, you must destroy the two pylons on the spawned Uber Klaus and move him to the electrified platform in front of the Dark Entity.
As you can see, after the power surge, the platform in front of the Dark Entity is electrified.
Destroy the two shield pylons on the spawned Uber Klaus.
After that, stand on the electrified platform to lure the damaged Uber Klaus to it.
Once he is on it, the screen will flash, and The Forsaken will enter Uber Klaus’s body.
To defeat The Forsaken, similar to how you defeat Uber Klaus, take out the two pylons on its shoulder.
After that, damage the boss until its HP reaches zero.
After that, similar to an Uber Klaus, The Forsaken will exit the exoskeleton and start hovering around the area, dealing ranged attacks.
Take him out. Once done, a blue orb of light will spawn.
Interact with it. Once you do that, The Cyst will enter the blue orb and form the Gorgofex weapon.
And that is it, you will have your free Gorgofex wonder weapon ready to grab.
