Endless Dream is a brand new, upcoming PvE Scenario for the game that will introduce a new series of challenges, mechanics, and a nuanced version of existing content.
Similar to what we saw with the Lunar Oracle Scenarios, Once Human’s Endless Dream Scenario key feature will be the Dreamscape mechanic.
For players who don’t know, just like Lunar Oracle, the Dreamscape will be like a timed occurrence that takes over the map, changing the deviants, resources, applying certain debuffs, and such things.
Apart from that, the new Scenario will introduce a variety of other things about which many players are excited to know.

Once Human Endless Dream PvE Scenario features
As the devs have already confirmed in the Update Preview blog post shared on March 4, 2025, the Endless Dream PvE Scenario will feature the same map but with nuances.
Unlike the past Scenarios where we were limited to a certain half of the map where regions were locked behind Season Phases, the Endless Dream Scenario will allow players to explore the entire map.
Yes!
When I talk about the entire map, I mean from Broken Delta to Ember Strand right from the get-go.
No more waiting for a certain Phase to start to get access to a region!
Apart from that, Endless Dream Scenario will also feature dynamic environmental effects, which also evolve based on your actions.
In addition to all that, in Endless Dream Scenario, you will be able to use construction mode outside your territory as a means to access certain areas and utilize it in dealing with certain situations.
Sounds like Fortnite, doesn’t it?
Lastly, the main theme of the Scenario is Salvation or destruction?
Which will be decided based on players’ actions and whether they can fulfill the given tasks.
Once Human Endless Dream PvE Scenario release date
While Starry Studios has not yet shared the exact release date for the Endless Dream Scenario, it is expected to come out in Q2 2025.
Update: In a press release that I got from the Once Human PR team, it is mentioned that Endless Dream Scenario will be released around the game’s first-anniversary update, which falls on July 9, 2025.
If you check the Once Human 2025 roadmap, there is no mention of the Endless Dream Scenario.
Instead, there are two new Scenarios that we find there. These are:
- New Scenario Code: Broken
- New Scenario Code: Purification
Now, as the disclaimer on the site mentions, the Once Human roadmap that you see does not include all the content currently in the works.
So, Endless Dream can be a completely different Scenario in works.
That said, I will update this section once we have more details on its official release.
Once Human Endless Dream PvE Scenario patch notes
At the time of writing, there are no official patch notes that detail everything new in the Once Human Endless Dream Scenario.
But thanks to the update preview post, we have a good chunk of details on what to expect.

- Multiple endings to scenarios based on player choices
