Whether you are looking for the Site Office Key, Dr. Garrow’s Research, or want to explore the Robotics facility, you must know how to power up and unlock the Robotics Lower Level in Atomfall. This is where my guides come in handy.
The Interchange not only connects the different areas and regions in Atomfall but also has different facilities that hold its secrets.
One of them is the upper and lower level of the Robotics facility that are associated with a variety of main and side quests.
The Robotics Lower Level is important because you can use it to access the Site Office Key.
But more importantly, it holds Dr. Garrow’s Secret Research, required for progressing her quest to unlock her ending.
Apart from that, it also holds many resources and also unlocks many shortcuts within The Interchange.
So whatever the reason, if you want access the Robotics Lower Levels, this guide is all you need.
How to unlock the Robotics facility in Atomfall
You can unlock the Robotics facility by powering up the Data Store Delta you can access via the Slatten Dale Interchange entrance.
Unlike the other Data Stores, like the Data Store Charlie, Data Store Alpha, and Data Store Bravo, powering up Data Store Delta is a lot easier as all you need is an Atomic Battery.
How to unlock the Robotics Lower Level locked door in Atomfall
To unlock the Robotics Lower Level in the game, you must pull down two Wing Power Control Levers found in the Power Control Alpha and Power Control Beta rooms within the Robotics.
Once that is done, you must redirect the power to the Lower Level lift console.
Doing it correctly will unlock the door, and you will be able to access the Robotics Lower Levels.
But it is not as simple as it sounds!
So keep reading as I have explained how you can complete each section and easily unlock the Lower Level within Robotics in Atomfall.
Make your way to Robotics and power up the area
First of all, assuming you have already unlocked the Robotics, use the main area in The Interchange to enter the Robotics building.
Once you are inside, use the tunnel straight ahead to head to the Robotics main facility.
Once you arrive, your first goal is to acquire the Robotics Control Room Keycard and power up the facility.

Power up the main area and then return back to this guide.
If you already have the area powered up and just want to know how to access the Robotics Lower Level, keep reading!
How to unlock the Robotics Power Control Beta room
The closest Wing Power Control required for powering the Lower Level lift is within the Power Control Beta found left of the Lower Level lift.
But the door to the room is locked.
To unlock the door, use the Signal Redirector on the circuit that I have marked in the above screenshot.
You can go near the glass window, and you will be able to highlight it and redirect the power.

Once done, unlock Power Control Beta door via the Lock Release pannel.
Head inside and pull down the Wing Power Control lever.
Once you do that, you will be able to restore 50% power to the Lower Level lift.
Note: Restoring power will electrocute the area in front of the lift. So stay away from it.
How to unlock the Robotics Power Control Alpha room
Now, from the lift’s location, head into the Robot Assembly room.
Left of the Power Control Alpha locked door, you will find a wooden box.
Climb on the box to access the terminal, where you can use the Signal Redirector to power up the Power Control Alpha Lock Release pannel.
Release the lock to access the Power Control Alpha room.
Pull down the Wing Power Control lever to restore 100% power to the Robotics Lower Level lift.
Redirecting power to the Robotics Lower Level lift
Now, head back to the wooden box and climb on top of it.
Redirect the power from the circuit found on the left side, right on top of the robot.
Doing so will power up the two circuit boards near the Lower Level lift and also the Turret.
Destroy the red sensor on the turret to render it useless.
Now, climb up the wooden box and go near the edge to reach the circuit on the right side.
Redirect the power from the circuit to the lift using the Signal Redirector.
Make your way to the other box and do the same. Redirect the power to the lift.
Once you redirect the power to the lift, the area will go back to normal, and the Lock Release console next to the Lower Level lift will now be powered up.
Release the lock, and that’s it.
You finally have access to Robotics Lower Level.
Now, when you look down, the lift is stuck half way through.
So slide down to reach it.
Use the shaft in the middle to slide once again to reach the Robotics Lower Level.
Once you hit the floor, you will find yourself in the Robotics Lower Level, aka the Robotics Maintenance area.
