Where to find the Crane Control Room Keycard in Atomfall
You can find the Crane Control Room Keycard on a dead operator’s body found inside The Interchange’s Maintenance room.
You can access the area where the Maintenance room is located right after powering up the Data Store Charlie or the Data Store Delta.
However, the quickest route to reach it is via the Data Store Bravo.
So, from Data Store Bravo’s Battery Terminal floor, take the door and head outside.
Now, take a right and go down the stairs.
On your left, you will find The Interchange Maintenance room.
However, for some of you, it might be locked.
[Don’t worry! I have explained how you can unlock it below.]
Head inside the Maintenance room and interact with the dead body.
Collect the Crane Control Room Keycard and other loot.
You will also find a document on the body called “Take Over Crane Operations,” that hint you that the containers are blocking the path to the Detention Center.
How to unlock The Interchange Maintenance Room door in Atomfall
You can unlock the Maintenance room door in The Interchange by powering up Data Store Bravo.

Where to use the Crane Control Room Keycard in Atomfall
The Crane Controls is located in the highest level of the Interchange that you can access through two doors.
Both are locked and requires the Crane Control Room Keycard.
From the Maintenance room where you find the keycard, follow the path on left or the right side.
Take the stairs to reach the higher levels.
Enroute, you will also find signs guiding the location of the Crane Controls.
Once you arrive at the top floor, enter the room and look on the left side of Data Store Delta, you will find the Crane Controls room.
Use the keycard to open the locked door.
When you enter the Crane Control room, you will find that the room has no power.
If you read the document “To Whom It May Concern,” you will find that the power has been redirected.
It was Frank, the engineer who created another Signal Redirector, who had redirected the power from the Crane Controls room.
How to power up the Crane Controls in Atomfall
To power up the Crane Controls room, you must use the Signal Redirector on the nearby circuits.
The first circuit is on the wall above the board.
The second is on the false ceiling.
The third one is also on the false ceiling.
Redirect power from them in the order I shared their locations.
Finally, use the Crane Controls level to move the container.
What does the Crane Controls unlock in Atomfall
As mentioned earlier, using the Crane Controls, you can get access to the Detention Center.
For players who don’t know, the Detention Center is the Loading Bay area of the Skethermoor Prison where Dr. Garrow has been held captive by The Protocol.
When you activate the crane, it will move the container near the Maintenance room.
Head there and make sure to disable the turret using the Signal Redirector.
Collect the items from the BARD Crate.
Finally, head to the Detention Center.
There you will find Dr. Garrow and also a Signal Redirector.
