In Wuchang Fallen Feathers, you can get the Trinity Bell item by defeating the optional boss, Gluttonous Monstrosity – Lu Hongliu.
The boss drops multiple items, including the White Jade Dumpling that you can give to Qiao Ying to progress her questline.
A Jade Cicada that you can hand over to the Merchant to unlock a new Pendant and more.

Whom should you give the Trinity Bell to in Wuchang Fallen Feathers?
The Trinity Bell is a quest item required for progressing Huang Jian’e’s questline.
If you don’t know who she is, she is the girl standing near the pillar at the Shu Sanctum.
Talk to her and exhaust her dialogue to get the option, “Hand over the Trinity Bell.”
Once you do that, she will laugh, and there will be no further dialogue.
But we are not done!
Reload the area and talk to her again to get the Greet Gesture and the Recovery Pill consumable.
Once you obtain the rewards, she will tell you that she is planning on returning to Cloudspire, hinting at the next spot where you can find and progress her quest.
