Just saw Carlotta’s Resonator showcase video? Or are you already using her and are surprised by the phenomenal English and Japanese voice acting? I’ve prepared this guide for players who want to learn about the voice behind Carlotta in Wuthering Waves.
Carlotta is one of the two new playable characters debuting in Wuthering Waves with the new Rinascita region.
She is the second daughter of the Montelli Family and is described as a noble and elegant person with an appreciation for art.
As a playable Resonator, she is the first Glacio Pistol DPS unit in the game, with her rarity being ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.
That aside, when developer Kuro Games first revealed Carlotta and the others, along with the new Rinascita region, the entire community was upbeat about the character design.
Along with other things like the effort put into making the character banners, which were a lot bland before, the teaser, and almost everything else.
But what most people appreciated the most was the character design each of the new Resonators had, including Carlotta.
However, that was not it!
Not just the character design but even the voice actors behind Carlotta and other new characters were great and made the new Resonators even better.
And while many of us already know the VA behind Carlotta, some still don’t know about them.

Who is the English VA for Carlotta in WuWa
Carlotta’s English VA is Jennifer English—yes—the same person who voiced our beloved Shadowheart from Baldur’s Gate 3.
Many players might have missed it, but she also voiced Latenna from Elden Ring.
For players who don’t know about Latenna, she is the NPC you can find upon completing the Lakeside Crystal Cave dungeon in the southern ridge of Liurnia.
Other than these two great characters, here are some other VA roles Jennifer has performed in the past:

Who is the Japanese VA for Carlotta in WuWa
The Japanese VA for Carlotta is none other than Kana Ueda, the phenomenal JP VA who voiced Rin Tosaka from the Fate series.
She is one of the main reasons why I would personally be using the JP voice lines while playing as Carlotta when she comes out.
Besides Rin Tosaka’s voice, Kana Ueda is an industry veteran who has voiced some of the most loved anime and video game characters.
For example, she even voiced Yoimiya from Genshin Impact.
Melania from Reverse: 1999. And many more!
