If you purchased the Deluxe Edition for Enotria: The Last Song on PS5 and now, after the game’s official global launch, you find the edition rewards missing, you are not the only one.
On September 19, 2024, developer Jyamma Games took to X (formerly Twitter) to address the technical issue causing many players to be missing the Deluxe Edition pre-order items.
The developers are working with Sony to investigate the issue and will ensure that all players receive the rewards for which they paid.
That said, here’s what they had to say about the issue:
Hello Maskless ones,
We’re currently experiencing technical issues with the Deluxe Edition pre-order items not being available after the game’s launch. We’re currently in contact with Sony to investigate and fix this as fast as possible. We’ll keep you updated, we’re sorry for not delivering these items on time.
If you are also one of the affected players, I recommend waiting until the developers fix the issue, as there is nothing you can do to get the items from your end.
