You can redeem codes in the game via the official site.
Head to the Redeem Code page. Once you are there, select your Server.
After that, enter your CS Code and Coupon Code in the respective fields.
Once done, click on the ‘Use Coupon’ button to claim the rewards.
The rewards that you claim will be sent to you via in-game mail.
