When you interact with the Sword of Mercy Pedestal, you get a hint that you can find the sword “West of Mistveil Bay.”

Where to find the sword for the Sword of Mercy Pedestal
In Wuthering Waves, you can find the Sword of Atrocity in the Sword of Mercy Pedestal on the path east of the Resonance Beacon next to the Order of the Deep POI.
Head to the above-marked location!
You will find an Elite Echo fighting another Echo.
A cutscene will play out when you go closer, followed by a mini-boss fight with the Knight of Atrocity.
Defeat the boss, and you will get the Sword of Atrocity as a drop, along with the Questless Knight Echo.

Where to place the Sword of Atrocity
As I mentioned, you can place the Sword of Atrocity at the Sword of Mercy Pedestal.
You can find it at the player icon location, as shown in the above map screenshot at Silver Moon Grove POI.
Head there and interact with the pedestal.
After that, click on the ‘Deliver’ button to submit the sword.
