My Bleach Rebirth of Souls characters tier list is based on each character’s attack range, Kikon move, Awakening state, Reverse Action Skills like the Chain Reverse for mixing combos, Burst Reverse, Soul Reverse, and several other factors.
For example, the stat boosts the characters get after Awakening, the Fighting Spirit gain and the increased damage from Kikon moves in the Awakened state.
Apart from these, as you may know, tier lists are highly subjective and mine is no different.
There are also some characters that I have put in a higher tier just because they are more fun to play.
And to be honest, you should try out every character and use the ones that are more fun to use.
