Borderlands 4 Vault of Radix Carcadia Burn Vault Key Fragments and Vault locations and Radix dedicated drops

In this guide, I have shared the location of the three Vault Key Fragments that you need for unlocking the Carcadia Burn Vault, aka Vault of Radix, in Borderlands 4 to farm Legendary weapons, class mods, etc, while getting a permanent upgrade.

As you may already know, the three main regions in Borderlands 4 hold three Vaults, each with a Vault Guardian boss that has dedicated drops.

To unlock these Vaults, you need three Vault Key Fragments. You get the hint to their location whenever you activate a Silo in the respective region.

Once you have all three Vault Key Fragments, you get a search area for the Vault Entrance. The whole process takes a lot of time, and some players often get confused and stuck.

So with that said, here’s my guide on the Vault of Radix.

All three Carcadia Burn Vault Key Fragments locations

Here are the locations of the Vault of Radix Vault Key Fragments:

Vault Key Fragment 1 location

The first Vault Key Fragment of Carcadia Burn’s Vault is found on the roof of a building found north of The Yawning Yard POI at the above marked location.

Head there and use the grapple point found in front of the building or the one found behind to reach the roof.

Once you are on the roof, look at the dining table. The Vault Key Fragment is served and ready to be picked!

Vault Key Fragment 2 location

The second Vault Key Fragment is found east of Hand’s Hullbasket POI at the above marked location.

Head there and look at the foot of the giant rocks on the right side near the water body.

You will find the Vault Key Fragment on a pedestal.

Vault Key Fragment 3 location

The third and final Vault Key Fragment is found in the cave beneath the Wreck of the Last Great Hope POI at the above marked location.

Head there and go inside the wreck. Follow the straight path.

At the end of it, on the ground, you will find a vent that you can pull using your grapple hook. Pull it and drop down.

At the end of the cave, you will find the final Vault Key Fragment.

Where to find the Carcadia Burn Vault of Radix in Borderlands 4

The Carcadia Burn Vault is found beneath the broken bridge in the Grindstone of the Worthy sub-region at the above marked location.

Head there and make your way towards the broken Vault Door.

Insert the Vault Key Fragments.

That’s it. Head inside and clear the vault.
