How to get the Supreme Leader’s Bunker Access Card in MW4 DMZ
You can obtain the Supreme Leader’s Bunker Access Card via the Story Mission: Iron Citadel.
Unlike other keys, I haven’t found the Supreme Leader’s Bunker Access Card on hard surfaces, in lockers, or in loot boxes.
So right now, the only way to get it is through the Iron Citadel mission. If you know another way to get it, please let me know in the comments, and I will update this section.

Where to use the Supreme Leader’s Bunker Access Card in MW4 DMZ
You can use the Supreme Leader’s Bunker Access Card to unlock the hidden bunker beneath the Chang-San Airbase.
You can reach the bunker in two ways: through the large transport hub next to Chang-San Admin Complex 2, or through the Admin Complex ground floor.
First, head to the player icon location.
Tips: Make sure you have a good weapon with a silencer, armor, and similar gear, as enemies keep coming nonstop and hit hard.
Enter the Chang-San Airbase through the hole in the wall, as it will draw less heat early and is close to the Bunker.
Slide down and enter the transportation hub area through the door on the left side.
Go through the door on your right, take out the snipers and other enemies, and make your way to the right side of the room, near the shutter door. Open it using the button on the right side of the door.
Go through the door and keep moving straight until you reach a door on your right.
Take the stairs on your right leading to the lower levels.
On your right, you will find the Supreme Leader’s Bunker.
