Don’t know where to find the Smuggler’s Stash in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4’s Stranded mission, or have you found it but don’t know how to get there? I’ve got you covered with this guide.
During the Stranded main mission, you get access to an open world with plenty of puzzles and secrets to uncover, including mini-quests (sort of), outposts, notes that lead to caches and contraband, and more.
From NW Hidden Bunker and the Farm Field Hidden Bunker to the six Supply Crate Containers and more, all of these hold a ton of Supplies and Loot but require a keypad code or are well hidden and hard to reach.
Among them is the Smuggler’s Stash, which you learn about when you collect Intel at an Artillery Battery Outpost.
The Smuggler’s Stash is in the sewers below the sewage treatment and is hard to reach if you don’t know the route. Some players don’t even know about it.
In the wake of that, I prepared this guide to share the location of the Smuggler’s Stash in Modern Warfare 4 and how to reach it.
Where to find the Smuggler’s Stash
In Modern Warfare 4’s Stranded mission, you can find the Smuggler’s Stash in the sewers below the Sewage Treatment plant (or whatever you call that building).
To mark its location on your Tac Map, go to the player icon above the Artillery Battery #7 Outpost. [Not required.]
Once there, head inside the small building. There, you will find an Intel on the table. Interact with it.
You will get the message “A Yellow Supply Crate Has Been Added To Tac Map.”
Open your Tac Map to see the Smuggler’s Stash on your map.
Tips
Before you leave the area, open the Supply Cache and collect the Supplies around the Outpost.
Head to the Smuggler’s Stash location.
You will arrive at the Sewage Treatment.
Head inside and take the ladder found on the right side of the room to reach the sewers.
You can also use the sewer entrance at the player icon location above, at coordinates 636, 168, to reach the Smuggler’s Stash.
As you can see, the Smuggler’s Stash is locked behind the door.

How to reach the Smuggler’s Stash room in the sewers
To reach the Smuggler’s Stash, head to the path on your right. You will notice a small area from which you can crawl through.
However, the entire path is rigged with booby traps, and only the Smuggler knows the correct route.
Thankfully, he was kind enough to leave the hint at the entrance.
The arrows denote the safe path, which is:
- Crawl straight -> Take the first right -> then the first Left -> then keep moving straight and take the second Left -> move straight toward the ladder.
If you follow the path correctly, you can reach the ladder. Climb it.
Now comes the second part. This time around, you must follow the path below:
- Crawl straight and take the first right -> then take the first Left -> then again, first left -> then first right -> then the second Left.
If you do it correctly, you’ll reach the Smuggler’s Stash. Collect the Supplies.
You will also find a note about someone who followed the same path to reach the room. Sadly, he didn’t make it; you can find his skeleton on your way to the Smuggler’s Stash room.
There’s also a Supply Cache in the room. Collect it.
Unlock the door and head outside.
