In addition to that, there are also Daily and Weekly challenges associated with Spooky Scorched and their drops in FO76.
And as I have already talked about multiple times in my previous guides, whether it is finding enemies like Canines, Radhog, Radhog Alpha, Ogua, Assaultron, Floater, etc or finding and eating consumables like Canned Coffee, Cajun Rice & Beans, Imitation Seafood, Blamco Brand Mac and Cheese, InstaMash, etc., when you need them, you hardly find them. The same applies to Spooky Scorched.

Best spawn locations for Spooky Scorched in FO76
Here are some of the best locations where you can find Spooky Scorched:
Camden Park
Camden Park is a great spawn location for Spooky Scorched, with two or more spawns.
I usually find the Spooky Scorched near the small buildings. However, you should search the entire area, as they can spawn anywhere.
Morgantown Airport
Morgantown is one of the best places to farm Spooky Scorched. And among the different areas in the town, Morgantown Airport is the best. Teleport there.
First, check the army tents, as I usually find two to three Spooky Scorched there. After that, check the airfield and inside the airport building.
While you are at Morgantown Airport, I also recommend interacting with the Mortar and triggering the Collision Course event, which has 5 waves of Scorched enemies and a high chance of Spooky Scorched spawns.

Morgantown Trainyard
The Morgantown Trainyard is the next place to find Spooky Scorched.
They usually spawn inside the big shed and sometimes around the area and train cars.
Helvetia
Helvetia is another great spawn location for Spooky Scorched.
I usually find them in the yellow house shown in the screenshot above. However, they can spawn anywhere around the town, at the regular Scorched spawns.
Tyler County Fairgrounds
The Tyler County Fairgrounds is yet another great location where you can find two or more Spooky Scorched.
Once you spawn, head to the Fairgrounds. If the Spooky Scorched has not spawned, you can server hop.
AVR Medical Center
The AVR Medical Center is the next location in my list where you can find quite a few Spooky Scorched.
Sometimes, they spawn outside, but most of the time, inside the main building.
Bolton Greens
The Bolton Greens is yet another POI in the game where you can find Spooky Scorched.
Teleport there and head to the main building. There, you will find two or more Spooky Scorched.
Portside Pub
The Portside Pub and Morgantown High School are two more Morgantown locations where you can find Spooky Scorched.
Glassed Caverns
The Fissure Sites and areas like Glassed Caverns are other great spawn locations for Spooky Scorched.
Greg’s Mine Supply
You can find Spooky Scorched at Greg’s Mine Supply.
They spawn outside and sometimes inside Greg’s Mine Supply.
