For players who don’t know, the Swamp Plant is a very rare consumable in Fallout 76 that players can get from harvesting a particular flower that only blooms from a bud that is hard to find.
The Swamp Plant is required to make the Swamp Tofu food item associated with one of the recurring S.C.O.R.E challenges: “Sell Swamp Tofu to NPC vendor.”

Fallout 76 Swamp Plant locations
In Fallout 76, you can find Swamp Plants north and northwest of Dyer Chemical POI in the Mire Region of Appalachia.
The Swamp Plant is a special consumable item and a cooking ingredient that you can obtain by harvesting Strangler Bloom flowers, which bloom randomly from the Strangler Pods throughout the day.
This might seem confusing, but hear me out! What you are looking for here are Strangler Pods locations, which I have shared above. Once you are there, check whether the Strangler Pods have bloomed into Strangler Bloom flowers.
If you find Strangler Bloom flowers, collect them, as you have a 50% chance of obtaining the Swamp Plant when you harvest a Strangler Bloom.

What should I do if I keep getting Strangler Pods?
If you keep getting Strangler Pods at the shared location in Fallout 76, your only option is to server-hop until you get Strangler Blooms.
Remember not to collect the Strangler Pods as if you do that. Even if you server hop, they will not respawn, and you will have to wait until the server resets. To server hop, open the map, exit to the main menu, and enter the game again.

What is the best time of day to get Strangler Bloom?
For me, the nighttime has been the best time to spawn Strangler Blooms to get Swamp Plant in Fallout 76.
Note
Waiting near the Strangler Pod for the time of the day to change will do nothing. If you don’t find Strangler Bloom in your server, then server hop is the only option.
How to get and cook Swamp Tofu recipe in Fallout 76
In Fallout 76, you will automatically unlock the Swamp Tofu recipe once you get your first Swamp Plant.
That being said, to cook Swamp Tofu, you need the following items:

Once you have a Swamp Plant and Wood, head to a Cooking Station and select the ‘All Food’ option. Navigate through the list until you find Swamp Tofu. After that, cook the dish.
How to complete sell Swamp Tofu to an NPC vendor in Fallout 76
Assuming you have followed the guide and cooked a Swamp Tofu, you must now head to any Train Station like the Pleasant Valley Station or any other location with an NPC vendor. You can find many all around the map.
Once there, open the Trade menu and sell the cooked Swamp Tofu to complete the S.C.O.R.E challenge “Sell Swamp Tofu to NPC vendor.”
