If you are looking for Genshin Impact Natlan Fishing Association and fishing spots but couldn’t find one—well! You are not alone.

While some players may have already forgotten about fishing activity, for many, it is one of the staple and most rewarding features of Genshin Impact that allows them to pass the time while waiting for new updates or just spend some quality time in the game.

Recently, with the version 5.0 “Flowers Resplendent on the Sun-Scorched Sojourn” update, we got the sixth region of Teyvat, Natlan, aka the nation of Pyro, and while every area in the game offers a variety of fishing spots with a unique Fishing Association member where you can claim rewards in exchange for your catch.

Surprisingly, even after exploring the current Natlan region, players couldn’t find a fishing spot or a Fishing Association member. I spent around three hours running around the map, checking interactive maps and every other such resource, thinking I was blind or just dumb that I couldn’t locate a person or any ripple in the water where I could fish.

Little did I know, I was looking for something that didn’t exist, so I decided to talk about it so players looking for Natlan Fishing Association and fishing spots could have an answer. (The truth is, I wanted those juicy views and clicks. 💀)

Update on November 21, 2024: Natlan Fishing Association was added with the Genshin Impact 5.2 update that was released on November 20, 2024.

Natlan Fishing Association location

Natlan’s Fishing Association and the NPC are located southwest of the Stadium of the Sacred Flame.

Near the shallow waters!

Head there and talk to the NPC named Oroluk.

Once done, select “I’d like to buy some fishing supplies.”

Doing so will open the Natlan Fishing Association shop menu, where you can find the new baits, fishing rods, and gadgets.

Does Natlan Have a Fishing Association and fishing spots?

No! When writing this article, the Natlan region in Genshin Impact doesn’t feature any fishing spots or a Fishing Association.

While there’s still more to the Natlan region that we will be getting in the upcoming version updates, the existing map not featuring a Fishing Association or fishing spots is disappointing and something unheard of, as every other region has it.

So why not Natlan? I mean, we do have several potential fishing spots, and there’s even a tribe and area called “People of the Springs,” but there is no fishing spot. However, we have a short quest called Feeling Like Fish Today! that involves fishing—sort of!

I have recorded and shared the entire quest and its location in the video below. However, for players who want to experience it firsthand, I have shared the location of the quest in the above map screenshot.

Will Natlan get fishing spots or the Fishing Association in upcoming updates?

Update: As I had said, we finally got the Fishing Association with 5.2 update.

There’s a very high chance we will get fishing spots and the Fishing Association added to Natlan with new map expansion or in existing areas with major updates. But for now, there’s no official detail on that.

That sums up everything you need to know about why can’t you find Genshin Impact Natlan Fishing Association and Fishing Spots. If the article helped, please consider buying me a Coffee to help me make more content. You can also share the guide with your friends or leave a comment.
