In 99 Nights in the Forest, you can get the Alpha Wolf Pelt as a drop from the wolves with red glowing eyes.
First of all, upgrade your Campfire Level 3 or above.
I recommend leveling it up to at least level 4, as the wolves with red eyes spawn in the deeper parts of the forest.
Once you are done, start exploring the deeper parts of the forest.
What I do is keep heading straight in any direction and then circle around the edge.
Using this method, I easily find these wolves with red eyes as you can see in the above screenshot.
Once you find them, defeat them to get the Alpha Wolf Pelt as a drop.
Once you have the Alpha Wolf Pelt, you can drop it in the box in front of the Pelt Trader to get high-level survival items and weapons.
