When you exhaust his dialogue, you will notice that he wants something to remember his wife and child, who are now dead.
As you further explore the region, in the Village of Jova, you find a letter with a rosary.
Now, some players manage to find the Letter – Worried Wife with no clues on whom they give it to, the others don’t know where to find it.
And since the Letter – Worried Wife is related to Asunder good deed, which is associated with two trophies in the game, completing this side task is necessary.

Where to find the Letter Worried Wife in Hell Is Us
You can find the Letter – Worried Wife on a suitcase found near the drunk man who asks you to bring a bottle of Mead.
While there are multiple paths you can take to reach there, for the sake of this guide, I will share one.
From the Village of Jova’s entrance, head straigth.
Turn right towards the alley with the street light and a van.
Take another right and climb through the wooden platform.
You will find yourself above the area where the letter is.
Jump down and interact with the glowing item.
It is the Letter – Worried Wife.

Use the Trade option to submit the letter.
