In Fallout 76, you name your Brahmin by talking to Josie at the Milepost Zero and selecting the dialogue option, “How are you getting on with the Brahmin.”
Once you do that, you get two more dialogue options. Select the one that says, “How about…”
Doing so will open the Brahmin Naming screen, where you can select between a list of prefixes and suffixes and finalize a name.
