Best new Memetic Specialization for solo players in Once Human Prismverse’s Clash

Hi there

Check out my Prismverse’s Clash new Memetic Specialization tier list.

Moreover, since almost every player has to join the Mayfly or the Rosetta, I have shared the recommended Memetic Specializations under their respective factions.

Mayfly faction

Once Human Mayflies new Memetic Specializations

The best Memetic Specialization as a solo player belonging to the Mayfly faction is:

Memetic SpecializationDescriptionWhen it unlocks?
Judgment Coherence InjectionUnlock new formulas: Gene Extractor, Judgement Coherence Injection

When holding the Gene Extractor, defeating Deviants yields gene fragments based on enemy types.

These fragments can be used to craft the Gene Coherence Injection for enhancing crafting abilities.

The Coherence status ends after taking damage equal to 70% of your Max HP.

After using the Judgement Coherence Injection, each enemy defeated grants 1 Coherence, with the following effects based on the materials used.

Deviant Fragment: At 10 Coherence, Status DMG +10%.

Anima Fragment: At 10 Coherence, Weapon DMG +10%.

Starlith: At 30 Coherence, enter Beyond Mode, consuming 1 Coherence per attack, dealing 50 Sanity DMG to players, and DMG equal to 10% of Max HP to non-player enemies (up to 5,000). Exit Beyond Mode when Coherence is depleted.

Matterlith: At 30 Coherence, Roll Stamina Consumption +50%, Roll Speed +30%, DMG Reduction during rolling increased to 80%, and summon a Flamethrower Trap that deals damage equal to 1,000% Psi Intensity over 5s.
Level 5
Lightning GeneUnlock new formulas: Lightning Gene.

A special item to enhance the Gene Coherence and unlock its advanced capabilities.

In combat, automatically select a random enemy within 20 meters every 10s, generating a lightning strike beneath them after a 3s delay, dealing damage equal to 4,000% Psi Intensity.
Level 20
Lightning Gene FabricUnlocks new recipe: Lightning Gene Fabric.

Used when making equipment, the equipment will gain the following effects:

Critical damage reduction +3%

If this equipment is a top, additional effect is obtained:

When in the synchronized state, when attacked, a lightning strike is generated at the attacker’s feet with a delay of 3
seconds, causing indiscriminate damage of 4000% Psi Intensity (cooldown 30s)
Level 40

Rosetta faction

Once Human Rosetta new Memetic Specializations

The best Memetic Specialization as a solo player belonging to the Rosetta faction is:

Memetic SpecializationDescriptionWhen it unlocks?
Rosetta Firepower DroneUnlock new formula: Rosetta Firepower Drone.

The Rosetta Firepower Drone can be summoned at any time.

The drone has mid-range shooting capabilities.

The special advanced effects depend on the crafting materials used.
Level 5
Focus ModuleUnlock new recipe: Focus Module

Special items that can be used to strengthen the drone, unlocking advanced abilities.

Collection drone: When the drone is mining in the contested zone, there is a chance to obtain 10-100 barrels of Crude Oil from the ground.

Firepower Drone: Unstable bomber effect can be triggered when the drone attacks.

Exploration Drone: Gliding stamina consumption is reduced by 50%. During gliding, a random enemy within 20m will be automatically marked every 4 seconds.

Territory Drone: After the drone has accumulated 10 hits, it will provide 5% Weapon Damage and Sanity DMG bonus to all friendly players within 15m, which lasts for 10
seconds and can be stacked up to 3 times
Level 20
Armor Module
Unlocks new recipe: Armor Module.

Special items that can be used to strengthen the drone, unlocking advanced abilities.

When the drone has no shield, it will automatically consume 3 electronic components every 30 seconds, allowing the drone to gain 6000 shield points.
Level 40

When it comes to the Level 20 upgrade, you can also go for Speedy Module as the Firepower Drone unlocks the electric shock skill, which allows it to rush towards enemies within the attack range and paralyze them for 3 seconds.

Three seconds is more than enough for you to take out other players.

However, I personally think the Focus Module will be best as it triggers Unstable Bomber, and there are many Mods that greatly increase your damage whenever the Unstable Bomber effect is triggered.

Maybe, it is still not yet the time to let of JAWS.

Best new Memetic Specialization for teams in Once Human Prismverse’s Clash

If you are playing in a team of random players or friends and are going to do most of the Prism Deviant Securement in a team with other players, here’s the best Memetic Specialization path for you:

Anima Fragment: At 10 Coherence, Attack of all allied turrets and traps within the territory +50%.

Level 40
