If you are trying to craft the Challenge Horn item to fight Velgar to progress and complete the main quest, Dragon Slayer, in RuneScape Dragonwilds, you must know where to find Bloodwood Sap and how to reach its location and extract it.

As you may already know, the Bloodwood Sap is one of the three items that you need for crafting the Challenge Horn item.

The other two ingredients include the Dragon Tooth and Bronze Bar.

Only when you have a challenge horn, you can summon Velgar, one of the dragon generals at the top of the tower that sits at the center of Fractured Peaks region.

And while the vague location in the form of search area for the Bloodwood Sap is shared when Dragon Slayer quest is active, finding it is a daunting task.

Especially since most players don’t know what they are looking for.

In the wake of that, I prepared this short guide on sharing the exact location of the Bloodwood Sap and how you can extract it in RuneScape Dragonwilds.

Where to find Bloodwood Sap in RuneScape Dragonwilds

You can find the Bloodwood Sap growing on tree bark of the giant tree found within the delipidated castle that now serves as the Garou camp in the Bloodblight Swamps region.

To survive in the Bloodblight region, you need Antipoison Potion.

If you don’t know how to craft that, I already have a great guide on it. Check it out.

Once you consume the Antipoison Potion, make your way to the marked location.

Even though not much remains of the caslte, it is easy to spot.

Once you are inside, I recommend taking out the Garou troops first as they are a nuisance.

Once the camp is clear, make your way to the big tree and you will be able to spot the Bloodwood Sap growing on the bark.

Use a Iron Pickaxe to cut down the Bloodwood Sap.

Collect the Bloodwood Sap.

That concludes my guide on RuneScape Dragonwilds Bloodwood Sap location. If the article helped, please consider buying me a Coffee to help me create more content. You can also share the guide with your friends or leave a comment.
