If you are unable to find the helicopter in the game, there’s a good reason behind it, and I am here to talk about it in my guide on where to find the helicopter in Fortnite Remix.
Fortnite features a variety of vehicles that players can use for rotation and to reach certain areas of the game a lot quicker.
Among these vehicles, one of the most popular is the helicopter, officially called Choppa—a rather cute name for a vehicle type.
Ever since making its first appearance in Chapter 2, Season 2, the Choppa has existed in many later seasons and was found all across the map in multiple POIs.
Even in the current Fortnite Remix Chapter 2, while not many, there was one location where players could find a guaranteed Choppa spawn.
However, today, players are no longer able to find it, making them question where the helicopter is in Fortnite Remix.
With all that backstory out of the way, let us first check out the secret Choppa location and then talk about where the helicopter has gone.
Fortnite Remix Chapter 2 secret Choppa location
You could find a Choppa at the Weather Station POI located in the southeast part of Fortnite Remix Chapter 2’s map.
For players who haven’t visited the POI yet, it is on top of the snowy mountain located directly south of the Retail Row POI.
Here’s a look at the helipad where the Choppa used to spawn:
Now that you know the secret Choppa spawn location, it’s time to talk about what happened to the spawn and why the Choppa hasn’t spawned there since November 4, 2024.
Where is the helicopter in Fortnite Remix?
The helicopter, aka Choppa, was vaulted on November 3, 2024, through a hotfix, removing the only spawn at Weather Station POI.
However, it is highly unlikely Epic Games will keep the helicopter vaulted, as, from what I think, they will add it to the game in the coming weeks.
In any case, I will keep this guide updated, and if the Choppa gets added to the game, I will add a new section that shares all the Choppa spawn locations.
That concludes my guide where is the helicopter in Fortnite Remix. If the article helped, please consider buying me a Coffee to help me create more content. You can also share the guide with your friends or leave a comment.
