After defeating the Bo Sorcerer boss, if you are unable to find the Child in the Jar NPC to progress his questline in Wuchang Fallen Feathers, don’t worry! I’ve got you covered with this guide.
The Child in the Jar is one of the many NPCs in the game whose questline you can complete to get some unique rewards.
In this case, it is the Ceramic Jar headpiece that comes with a special, unique effect that increases your Red Mercury gain from enemies by 20%.
And while progressing through the Child in the Jar’s quest is relatively easier than most NPCs, there’s one moment, right after defeating the Bo Sorcerer, where some players may get stuck, as they cannot find the kid anywhere.
If you are one such player, keep reading as I have shared his exact location while walking you through the path that you can take to reach him.
Wuchang Fallen Feathers Child in the Jar location after the Bo Sorcerer boss fight
After the Bo Sorcerer fight in Wuchang Fallen Feathers, you can find the Child in the Jar NPC on the other side of the Refugee Camp area near a campfire.
[Not the first one where you initially meet him.]
His location is easy to reach from the Bo Sorcerer arena.
However, to keep the guide easy and more general, I have shared how you can reach there from the Refugee Camp Shrine.

From the Refugee Camp Shrine, take the straight path.
As you reach the slope, turn right towards the camps where you find The Yonder Gang.
Keep moving straight.
Go down the slope and take the first left.
You will find a shortcut ladder leading to the Rebel Camp area.
Take the ladder and follow the path that I have marked in the above screenshot.
If you stay on the path, you will arrive at a cave.
The cave leads to the Bo Sorcerer’s boss arena and also to the other side of the Refugee Camp area.
Right near the cave’s exit, look on the left side.
You will find a path behind wooden boxes.
Follow the path.
You will eventually arrive at the Refugee Camp area.
Near the second camp fire, you will find the Child in the Jar NPC.
Go down the path and past the wooden bridge, and you will find the shortcut door leading to the main Refugee Camp area.
