How to level up in Where Winds Meet
To level up in Where Winds Meet, you need to accumulate Character Level EXP that you get from literally everything.
From main, side and exploration quests, to opening chests, defeating enemies, World Bosses and other solo and multiplayer activities.
How to level up fast in Where Winds Meet
The quickest way to level up in Where Winds Meet is to do the following quests:
- Main quests
- Fragment Chapters quests
- Encounter quests
- Exploration quests
Other than that, opening every Treasure Chest that you come across gives you 500 or more Character EXP along with other rewards.

However, hunting for Treasure Chests or such things for Character Level is not that efficient, and I recommend combining it with the above category quests.
World Bosses also drop 8000 or more Character EXP. So you can farm them too.
PvE Co-Op activities
PvE Co-Op activities like Sword Trial, Campaign Challenge, and Outpost Challenge also reward a ton of Character EXP, with the Sword Trial being the best.

How to Breakthrough in Where Winds Meet
You can Breakthrough in Where Winds Meet every 10 levels. While early on, the Breakthrough is possible every 10 levels, at later stages, you get additional requirements that you must fulfil.
First of all, open the pause Menu by pressing the ‘ESC’ key.
Now, click on the Solo Mode option.
After that, select the ‘Solo Mode Level.’ There, you can find the Breakthrough requirements and details on current Breakthrough and all Breakthrough rewards.
Once you meet the requirements, you can go to the Trial and complete it to Breakthrough.
After you do that, you will be able to level up again until you reach the next Breakthrough point.
