For players who don’t know, like many similar games, Active Matter’s core gameplay involves completing contracts.
One early contract is Cargo Manifest, where players must find the Key to the safe and then the safe at the Control Tower.
While the game provides hints to complete this contract, many players struggle; thus, I prepared this guide.
Cargo Manifest contract
In this contract, as I mentioned earlier, you must find the Key to the safe in the truck parking lot.
After that, you must use it to unlock the safe at the iSafe Control Tower at the Airport to obtain the Cargo Manifest.
Also, to complete the quest, you must exfil successfully.
Where to find the Key to the safe – Truck Parking Lot
In Active Matter, the Truck Parking Lot in the Cargo Manifest contract is at the hangar north of the Military Camp POI.
Head to the Hangar and climb up the second truck.
Search the briefcase found there.
From it, you will obtain the Key to the safe.
Where to find the Control Tower and the safe
The Control Tower, where you can use the Key to the safe, is found south of Hangar 4A, at the location marked above.
Head to the Control Tower.
Defeat the enemies found on the ground floor.
After that, take the stairs leading to the top of the Control Tower.
Open the Safe.
Collect the Cargo Manifest.
Now, to complete the contract, you must exfil.
Once you are back at your bunker, report the mission and claim the rewards.
