Cat Island Warehouse location and rewards
In Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced, you can find Cat Island at the following coordinates: 707, 666.
As for the warehouse, it is located in the middle of the plantation at the coordinates: 706, 669.

Cat Island Warehouse Key locations
There are two locations where you can find the Cat Island Warehouse Key. This depends on whether you are visiting Cat Island on your own or during the main quest that introduces Warehouses.
If you arrive at night as part of the main quest, you will find the Warehouse Key on a guard inside the mansion.
Meanwhile, if you are arriving there on your own or after completing the mission, you will find the key on the guard at the coordinates 704, 666.
Head there, and you will find the guard with the Cat Island Warehouse Key.
Grab the key and unlock the Warehouse to obtain the rewards.
