Matanzas Warehouse location and rewards
In Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced, you can find the Matanzas Warehouse at the following coordinates: 308, 617.
Once you find the key and unlock the warehouse, you get the following rewards:
- Reales x1,500
- Merry Company Portrait
- Spice x12
- Wine x28

Matanzas Warehouse Key and Thief’s Effects location walkthrough
In Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced, the Mantanzas Island is located east of Havana at the above-marked location.
Once you arrive there, dock your ship.
Make your way to the docks, and you will find an NPC talking about a guard while facing towards a note on a wooden beam.
At this point, the Plunder the warehouse quest will auto-trigger.
When you read the note, you will find that some guards tried to steal from the warehouse and were fed to Lucia, the Crocodile, with his belongings moved to El Jefe’s room at the Mansion on the island.
Once you read the note, you get a new objective:
The thief’s effects are at the mansion.
The Mansion the note refers to is at the Viewpoint, the Eagle-shaped icon. You can head there and check the first floor, though it is not required.
Instead, head towards the warehouse area. You will find the guards talking about the same incident.
Take out all the guards. Now, you will find the same note that you found at the docks at two more locations.
At the foot of the watchtower.
Near the warehouse. But where is the key? Well, the key is found near the Crocodile Lucia.
Head to the following coordinates: 300, 618.
Once you arrive there, you will find two guards talking about the incident while looking at the deadguard’ss body, now guarded by Lucia.
If you listen to their conversation, you will find that they never took the key from his body. And that is why I said there’s no point in visiting the Mansion other than the Viewpoint and chests.
Take out the guards.
The key is located on the dead body as shown above.
Now, you can either ignore Lucia or take her out. I recommend using Sleep Dart, as you can assassinate the croc without any issue.
Head to the body and collect the key.
Head back to the warehouse and unlock the door.
Let the cutscene play out to obtain the rewards.
