In Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced, you can find the Explorer Outfit and the Aveline Figurehead at coordinates 28, 292, in the Chinchorro region.
Head to the above-marked location. The closest POI and teleport point is Corozal. The area is heavily guarded by ships.
