Nassau warehouse walkthrough
You can find the Nassau Warehouse at the highlighted location with coordinates 593, 750.
Once you arrive there, you will automatically trigger the Side Activity: Plunder the warehouse.
The objective is simple: Find the key.
To get started, use Eagle Vision and head towards the guards who are talking. You can identify them by the wave-like sign they display when you are in Eagle Vision.
I found them at the coordinates 592, 749. Listen to them, and you will learn the Captain has the key and is acting weird.
The next hint you get is finding the Rowboat in the southern part of the Island. This is where most players get stuck.

Nassau Warehouse key location
You can find the Nassau Warehouse key on the Captain at coordinates 592, 747.
Head there, and you will find the Rowboat and the Captain.
To obtain the key, you can either Pickpocket or take out the Captain and loot his body.
Once you have the key, head back to the warehouse and plunder it.
