Don’t know how to get the Empty Canister in the Shattered Veil map in Black Ops 6 Zombies. Or are you unaware of how to use it to get the Explosive Canister key item? Whatever the case is, I’ve got you covered with this guide.
The Empty Canister is one of the key items that you need for triggering a ritual that eventually gives you another key item called the Explosive Canister.
For players who are trying to complete the Shattered Veil main quest or other easter eggs, getting the Empty Canister and eventually the Explosive Canister is required.
However, similar to the Plant Seeds, Reflector, Pack-A-Punch, etc, finding the Empty Canister is challenging.
So, to make things easier for you, I am here with a detailed guide on how to get and use the Empty Canister in the Shattered Veil map in Black Ops 6 Zombies to get the Explosive Canister.
How to get the Empty Canister in Black Ops 6 Zombies
In the Shattered Veil map, you can get the Empty Canister key item by throwing an LT53 Kazimir Tactical in front of the zombie spawn found near the Rear Patio area.
First of all, make your way to the above marked location to reach the zombie spawn that I am talking about.
It is located right behind the Double Tap Perk machine.
Once you arrive at the spot, throw the LT53 Kazimir Tactical near the spawn and not inside.
Wait for the Black Hole to end.
Don’t go near it, as it will randomly teleport you around the map.
Wait for a few seconds.
And the Empty Canister will spawn where you threw the LT53 Kazimir Tactical.
Collect it.
How to get the LT53 Kazimir Tactical
You can equip the LT53 Kazimir Tactical in your initial loadout.
However, if you are already in the middle of a round or don’t want to use the LT53 Kazimir Tactical in your initial loadout, you can still craft it at the Crafting Table.
Alternatively, you can also get it from the Armory using the Loot Key.
To craft a LT53 Kazimir Tactical, make your way to the above marked location.
You will arrive at the Crafting Table.
It is located right in front of the Double Tap machine.
Interact with it and head to the Tactical section.
Assuming you have 1,500 Scraps, you can craft it.
On the other hand, you can obtain a Loot Key by defeating the Elder Disciple, who spawns at Round 16.
After that, you can use the Loot Key in the Armory for a chance to get the LT53 Kazimir Tactical.
Where to use the Empty Canister in Black Ops 6 Zombies
When it comes to using the Empty Canister, head near the spawn area and make your way to the above marked location.
You will arrive at the above location, where you will find a machine where the Empty Canister can fit.
Interact with it.
Doing so will spawn an Abomination in the area in front of you.
[Abomination spawn depends on how many players are in the party.]
The Abomination will perform two types of attacks:
- The usual beam attack
- Charge attack
To progress, you must first use the Abomination’s beam attack on the marked small rocks to light them up.
All you have to do is stand near the rock as soon as the Abomination is about to perform the beam attack.
Once the beam hits the rock, it will start glowing blue.
That’s you cue that it is charged.
The next step is to lure the Abomination to perform a charged attack on the glowing rocks.
Once it does, the rock will start floating.
As you can see in the above screenshot.
Do it for all three rocks, and it will trigger an event: “Prevent Vermin from disrupting the energy siphon.”
Once the process is complete, head back to the machine where you placed the Empty Canister.
It will be all charged up now. Transforming into the Explosive Canister.
