Similar to previous maps like Liberty Falls, Terminus, Citadel Des Morts and The Tomb, Shattered Veil has a Pack-A-Punch machine.
Players can use it to upgrade weapons in exchange for Essence to increase the weapon’s damage, ammo capacity and, in some cases, add unique effects and changes, like Mustang and Sally.
But, like always, the Pack-A-Punch machine is not just outright available to use.
And while most regular and veteran players already have a clue on how to unlock and where to find the Pack-A-Punch machine in the Shattered Veil map, new players struggle.

How to unlock the Shattered Veil Pack-A-Punch machine in Black Ops 6 Zombies
To unlock the Pack-A-Punch Machine on the Shattered Veil map, you must unlock access to the Mainframe Chamber area where SAM is located.
You access it via the broken lift found in the middle of the Banquet Hall area.
However, to open the lift’s door, you need two key items.
These are:
- Fuse
- Circuit Board
Fuse
To find Fuse, first of all, from the spawn area, make your way to the mansion entrance via the Upper Terrace area.
Unlock the main gate of the mansion using Essence and head inside.
You will find yourself in the room with the big fossil dinosaur.
Take the path on the right side.
Make your way to the above marked location to reach the Library area.
There, you will find a named zombie.
Kill it, and he will drop the Fuse key item.
Circuit Board
Now, make your way to the western part of the mansion via the backyard to the above marked location.
You will arrive at the Director’s Quarters.
On the left side of the big bed, shoot the terminal.
Doing so will drop the Circuit Board key item.
Lift to Mainframe Chamber
Now, make your way to the Banquet Hall area of the mansion.
At the above marked location, you will find an offline lift.
Head behind the lift.
Go near the open circuit and press and hold the interact button.
Doing so will place the Circuit Board in it.
Now go in front of the lift and press the Elevator Call button to repair it.
Once you do that, head slightly back as a bunch of zombies will come out of the elevator.
Shoot them down and press the Elevator Button once again.
Grapple down!
You will finally find yourself in the Mainframe Chamber, where SAM is located.
From the lift, stick to the path on the right side and you will find a room with stairs.
Take the stairs and you will find yourself in the Security Overlook room where the Shattered Veil Pack-A-Punch machine is located.
