Watch for Bumps is one of the three Orders in Part I of Chapter 2: Underground in MW4 DMZ mode that you must complete to progress the story and, of course, get the Chapter reward, the Coin Mining Den Key.
You also need to complete Watch for Bumps and the other Orders, including Eye in the Sky and Triangulation, in Chapter 2: Underground to get the completion rewards.

Watch for Bumps Order has the following tasks:

- Run Over 7 Enemies in a Vehicle (0/7)

To complete the Order, deploy in Free Roam:
Steal an Enemy Vehicle
You can find multiple enemy vehicles around the DMZ map. From cargo vehicles to the regular ones enemies drive around. Steal any of them.
If they aren’t spawning, keep moving and stay close to the road. Taking out more enemies increases the chance that they’ll come to you in vehicles; I’ve experienced that.
As soon as you steal a vehicle from an enemy, you complete the first task.
Refuel and Repair a Vehicle at a Gas Station
For the second one, you can head to any Gas Station. You can find them all around the DMZ map. One is present in almost every major POI.
Head to the Gas Station and keep your vehicle close to the fuel dispensers. The vehicle will automatically refuel and repair.
Run Over 7 Enemies in a Vehicle
For this task, you just need to run through seven enemies using any vehicle.
