How to solve the Ancient Mechanism puzzle in Hell Is Us
To solve the Ancient Mechanism puzzle, first, you must obtain the Ancient Mechanism from OMSIF-0451.
Talk to OMSIF-0451 and ask him about the APC key.
He will tell you that the Sergeant has the key and will also tell you about a Medkit location.
Now, from OMSIF-0451 location, take the path on the left side.
Follow the trees with the X mark.
You will eventually arrive at a campsite.
Interact with the item near the boxes and you will find a Medkit.
Head back to OMSIF-0451 and use the Trade option.
Give him the Medkit to obtain the Ancient Mechanism from him.
Once you have it, use the ladder next to him to climb up to delipidated structure.
Head inside and interact with the mechanism.
Place the Ancient Mechanism to bring up three rotatable pillars with symbols.
Now, you must move the mechanisms clockwise or anti-clockwise to match the symbols on the nearby slate.
Head to the next room and you will find the correct order.
The last symbol is a Pickaxe that you can find on the other side of the wall.
