If you are looking for Med X to complete Love Hurts or other challenges in Fallout 76, I’ve got you covered with this guide.
Med X is a consumable item in the game that you need mostly for crafting Psycho, for certain Armour Mods and most importantly, for completing certain challenges.
Since you cannot craft it and there’s a high chance that most players, especially new ones, don’t know how to get it, I prepared this guide.
Med X spawn locations in Fallout 76
There are multiple locations where you can find Med-X in the game. However, the best spawn is Ash Cave, as you can find four in one location.
Teleport there.
Make your way inside the room with the Chemistry Workbench.
On the table on the right side, you will find four Med-X. Collect them.
Big’s Al’s Tattoo Parlour at Morgantown is yet another great location where you can find Med-X.
Make your way to the player icon location that you see in the above map screenshot.
Enter Big Al’s Tattoo Parlour via the back door.
Collect the Med-X.
You can keep server hopping and farming these two locations, or just Ash Cave. There’s no need to waste Caps or time on looking at other locations.
Where to buy Med-X in Fallout 76
You can buy Med-X at The Whitespring Resort Mall. Teleport there.
Make your way inside the mall.
Head to The Chemists.
There you will find Doc Stanley. Use the Trade option.
Purchase Med-X. If it’s not there in his inventory, it means another player bought it.
No worry. You can server hop and keep farming his inventory.
Another great location where you can buy Med-X is the Modus Medical Terminal that you can find inside the Whitespring Bunker.
Quick way to access the Vendor is to enter the bunker via The Whitespring Service Entrance.
Once you are in, make your way to the Medical Bay area. There, you will find Modus Medical Terminal.
Use the Trade option and buy Med-X.
Once again, you can server hop to keep farming his inventory.
Note: If you are doing challenges like the one in Love Hurts mini season, you can also use the Fallout 1st Medical Box. Take out Med-X from the storage, and it will count towards the progress.
