In Fallout 76, you can find the Nuka World on Tour POI in the Ash Heap region.
It is located west of Lewisberg Station and southeast of The Burning Mine.

How to complete take a Camera Pitcure at Nuka-World On Tour
To complete the challenge “Take a Camera Picture at Nuka-World On Tour,” you must first open your inventory.
Once done, head to the ‘Items’ tab and navigate to ‘Weapons.’
You will find the ProSnap Deluxe Camera in it.
If not, you might not have collected it from the dead body spawn. [Bucket list quest]
Assuming, you have the ProSnap Camera and have equipped it, press the aim button.
On PC, it is RMB.
On PlayStation, it is R2.
On Xbox, it is the RT button.
Once the camera is aimed, take the photo to complete the challenge.
Using Photomode will not progress the challenge as you must use the Camera item to take the picture.
