Theodore

Fallout 76 Theodore location 2 (1)

There are eleven new Plans that you can get from Theodore in Fallout 76 Milepost Zero.

First, you must hire Theodore for 150 Supplies and upgrade him to Tier 2 by exhausting his dialogues. Then, you must talk to Marley about the upgrade while having 250 or more Supplies.

Once you have upgraded Theodore to Tier 2, you must head to his location and exhaust his first dialogue chain until you get the quest, “Unconventional Weaponry.”

Complete the quest while ensuring you don’t have the V63 Laser Carbine in your inventory to obtain the weapons plans.

Afterward, you can return and talk to Theodore to complete the quest and obtain the “Plan: Theodore’s Snow Globe.”

Now, open the Trade menu, and you will find all the below items ready for purchase in exchange for Caps.
