Where to find the Rusted Key in Hell Is Us
You can find the Rusted Keys inside the mines located near the Weeping Knight statue.
I have marked it in the above screenshot.
Once you arrive at the mine’s entrance, head inside.
Keep moving straight and take the first left that you encounter.
You will find a Guardian. Defeat him and keep moving.
You will come across another two-way path. Follow the one on the left side.
At the end of it, you will find a skeleton with the Rusted Key on it.

The chest that you need to complete the Lucky Break mystery and to use the Rusted Key is located in the dilapidated structure past the waterfall in Vyssa Hills.
From the mine’s entrance, follow the path uphill that I have marked in the above screenshot.
Keep moving.
Soon you will reach the dilapidated structure.
There are three enemies; take them out first.
The chest is located on the right side of the building. Use the Rusted Key to open it.
From the chest, you get a Lymbic Polearm. A trash weapon, but good if you want to create a specific Lymbic Sphere + Glyphs build.
The main item that you need is the Flower Medallion.
Once you obtain the Flower Medallion, the Lucky Break mystery will be solved, and you can research the medallion inside the APC via Tania.
