Once you make your way to the Village of Jova, there are multiple NPCs and good deeds associated with them that you can trigger and complete.
One of them is called Victor’s Vigil, which involves the main character’s father, Vitalis, in some way, and his apprentice Victor.
You start this good deed by collecting the Car Keys from Vitalis’s house, which you will unlock and explore as a part of the main quest.
But how to complete it? Where is the car to which these Car Keys belong?

Where to find Car Keys in Hell Is Us
You can find the Car Keys on top of a table in the balcony of Vitalis’s house, located opposite the Blacksmith.
If you haven’t unlocked the house using Vitalis’s Key, check out my linked guide.
Once you are inside the house, make your way to the balcony.
Collect the Car Key from the table.
Doing so will trigger the Victor’s Vigil good deed, which also unlocks new Lymbic Forging at the Blacksmith.
Where to find Vitalis’s Car to use the Car Keys in Hell Is Us
You can find Vitalis’s Car half-merged in the marsh area next to the dilapidated structure found near the hanging tree.
From the Village of Jova entrance, make your way towards the hanging tree.
Once you are near it, look ahead, and you will spot the dilapidated building. The car is on the left.
Go near and you will spot the Vitalis’s Car.
Interact with the Trunk.
Use the Car Keys to open it and collect the items listed below.
Of the items you get from it, the Lymbic Imbuing and Necklace are the important ones.
Head back to the Blacksmith Victor in the Village of Jova.
Use the Trade option to give him the Necklace to complete Victor’s Vigil good deed.
As for the Lymbic Imbuing book, use the Craft > Study menu to submit it to unlock a new crafting technique.
