If you want to unlock the Platinum trophy in the game, you must know where to find the Syringe and how to use it in Hell Is Us.
For players who don’t know, the Syringe is one of the many research items in the game that you need for different trophies associated with it.
While some of these research items provide hints towards some puzzles and such things, most are for lore.
The Syringe falls in the latter category.
However, you must still find and use it to ensure you can get the associated trophy in the game.
Where to find the Syringe in Hell Is Us
You can find the Syringe research item on a dead body found next to the main road in the Vyssa Hills region.
From the starting area where you park your APC, head towards the rocky elevated path as marked in the above screenshot.
At the end of it, look down and you will find the body holding the Syringe Key item.
Interact with it.
Doing so, you will get the Syringe.

To use the Syringe, make sure you have progressed the game until the point where you meet Tania, the Journalist, accessed Watcher’s Nest, and solved the Ceramic Flowers puzzle to get the Blue Flower Scroll.
Once that happens, head to the APC.
You will find Tania inside.
Use the Research option and select the Syringe.
